Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- You are having first-time, planned coronary bypass surgery (not an emergency)
- Your heart arteries have significant blockage in the left main and/or the left front and left side artery areas
- Your heart pumping strength (left ventricular ejection fraction) is 35% or higher
- You should not need any other major heart or non-heart procedures at the same time
- You can use the needed blood vessels for grafting (saphenous vein and/or both types of arteries listed by the study team)
