IMO-2125 skin injection for thick, early-stage melanoma

Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your melanoma must be proven by biopsy and be thick (Breslow depth over 2 mm).
- Your doctors must have scheduled you for re-excision (removing more tissue) plus a sentinel node biopsy.
- Your general functioning should be good (WHO performance status 1 or less).
- You must agree to effective birth control from screening until at least 90 days after the injection, if applicable.
- You must be able to sign informed consent.
