Who can take part

  • You are male and age 16 or older
  • You have severe hemophilia A, with factor VIII under 1%
  • You are already on factor VIII or emicizumab, and you plan to stay on your current regimen for about 3 years
  • You can do bone/joint testing and possibly blood tests (MSKUS and DEXA, plus blood samples if needed)
  • You can attend a baseline visit and follow-up visits every 3 years, plus phone check-ins every 3 months
  • You are able and willing to sign consent paperwork
