Who can take part

  • You have moderate or severe hemophilia A (factor VIII level 5% or less).
  • You do not have an inhibitor (antibody that blocks treatment) now or in the past 3 years.
  • You are starting efanesoctocog alfa (a new factor VIII medicine) for the first time within the last 3 months.
  • You are able to have MRI scans and joint exams (with sedation for kids if needed).
  • Your doctor has already decided to prescribe efanesoctocog alfa before you join.
