Who can take part

  • You have plasmablastic lymphoma confirmed by biopsy/pathology and appropriate lab markers.
  • Your lymphoma is stage II–IV, or stage I but with a high LDH level or a bulky tumor.
  • You have measurable tumor on scan (at least 1.5 cm) or disease found in bone marrow.
  • Your general health is strong enough for chemotherapy (ECOG 0–2) and key blood counts and organ labs are within limits.
  • If you have HIV, your CD4 count is at least 100, you can’t have certain serious past infections in the last year, and you must be on HIV treatment (or start it).
  • You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use reliable birth control during treatment and for 3 months after daratumumab.
