Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old
- You must have a stroke and be in the right timing group (acute: >21 days, or chronic: >6 months)
- Your brain scan must show a stroke-related change (lesion)
- You must be able to follow instructions and understand basic directions
- You must be able to move the affected arm at least some (not complete paralysis)
- You can have MRI only if your body is MRI-safe and you can tolerate the scan
