Who can take part

  • You have pancreatic adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology; other pancreas tumor types are not allowed
  • You finished 4–6 months of standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX, NALIRIFOX, or gemcitabine plus Abraxane) before starting this trial
  • Your scans show locally advanced pancreatic cancer (not spread to distant organs) and a tumor board confirms non-surgery treatment
  • Your cancer must have measurable disease on scan (RECIST 1.1) and your performance status must be ECOG 0–2
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidney, bilirubin) must meet specific minimum lab values
  • You must be able to take oral study medicine and follow study visits, including agreeing to informed consent
