- You are a woman, age 18–35 or age 55 and older
- You live in England (more than 2 months)
- You have African ancestry that came through the Caribbean (you or a parent)
- You are not pregnant and do not plan pregnancy during the study
- Your BMI is between 18 and 30
- You are willing to avoid vitamin D or calcium supplements (unless you can stop 8 weeks before)
