Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed before age 18
  • Your diagnosis is a type of fatty liver disease (from simple fat to NASH or liver scarring)
  • Your liver fat was found by scan (like ultrasound) or by a liver biopsy
  • Other causes of liver problems were ruled out (including hepatitis viruses and other specific diseases)
  • You do not have fatty liver from a different known cause (for example, certain inherited diseases, drug causes, or autoimmune hepatitis)
