This registry collects health and lifestyle information from adults with suspected or confirmed fatty liver (NAFLD) to help researchers better understand the condition. You may be asked about diet, exercise, alcohol intake, and some liver-related tests.

Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older.
- Have suspected or confirmed NAFLD based on your medical history, test results, or liver biopsy (or certain liver imaging plus signs of metabolic risk).
- Have limited alcohol use: on average under 21 units/week for men or 14 units/week for women in the last 6 months.
- Do not have Type 1 diabetes, and do not have another chronic liver disease besides fatty liver.
- Be able to consent, including being able to take part in an interview in English (or use an interpreter).
