Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of MDS or AML (or MDS/AML) based on specific lab/blood/marrow testing
  • Your cancer has relapsed or not responded (or progressed) after prior treatment with a “hypomethylating agent” such as azacitidine or similar
  • You can be scored as having an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2 (0–1 is required for some groups)
  • You have a measurable disease type that includes excess blasts (and for some groups, MDS-EB or AML criteria)
  • You are not able to use standard options (for example, no other effective treatment options remain for your situation)
  • You have no prior transplant, no prior CD70-targeted drug, and no other listed medical conditions that would make participation unsafe
