Add-on doxofylline to improve lung function in stable COPD

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed COPD diagnosis for at least 6 months
  • Your lung breathing test shows FEV1 is 80% or less of what’s expected
  • You have a smoking history of at least 10 pack-years (active or former smoker)
  • You are already using a LAMA and a LABA inhaler regularly, with or without an inhaled steroid
  • Your COPD has been clinically stable for the past 6 months
  • You can safely do breathing tests and a 6-minute walk test
