Who can take part

  • You had prostate surgery (radical prostatectomy) already
  • Your cancer has no spread to lymph nodes or distant organs based on a recent PSMA PET scan done within 60 days
  • Your PSA has been rising after surgery in a specific pattern, and your current PSA is under 1.0
  • You are in good enough health to do daily activities (WHO performance status 0 to 2)
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and can sign consent and complete quality-of-life questionnaires
  • You have not had pelvic radiation, and you have not had hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or orchiectomy before starting this trial
