Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign consent before any study testing.
- Your glioma is confirmed by biopsy as grade 2 or 3, with specific IDH findings (either IDH-mutated without a certain CDKN2A/B loss, or IDH-wildtype with certain repair gene changes).
- Your tumor must have measurable disease on MRI (doctors use the RANO way to judge this) and must show clear progression compared with a prior scan.
- You must be on a stable (unchanging) steroid dose for at least 4 weeks before the baseline MRI, and the dose must be low (no more than 2 mg/day dexamethasone or equivalent).
- You must be able to take and keep down oral medicines and have brain MRI scans with contrast (dye).
- You need enough blood, kidney, liver, and clotting function based on lab tests, and you must have recovered from prior treatment effects (not worse than mild, except for hair loss or mild nerve symptoms).
