Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) and sign consent
  • Have confirmed non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including people with a specific subtype (PSC)
  • Have stage IIIb/IIIc not suitable for curative surgery or chemo-radiation, or stage IV cancer
  • Your tumor must show a MET change (examples: MET exon 14 skipping, MET amplification, or MET over-expression) checked by local and/or central testing
  • Have enough body strength to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1) and adequate blood, liver, kidney levels
  • If you’re in the Phase II part, you must have had 1–2 prior treatment “lines” for advanced cancer (or you can’t/choose not to have chemotherapy)
