Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and recommended for carotid artery treatment by a neurovascular team
- Be able and willing to sign informed consent
- Agree to regular clinical and ultrasound follow-up visits after the procedure
- Your carotid artery narrowing must meet the study’s angiography criteria (symptoms within 6 months or very high narrowing without symptoms)
- Avoid common exclusions such as pregnancy, very limited life expectancy (under 1 year), severe kidney problems, or a recent heart attack
