CD19 gene-modified cells for high-risk B-cell leukemia

Pediatric and Young Adult Patientswith Hypodiploid or t(17;19) B-ALLInfants With Very High Risk KMT2A B-ALLPatients With Central Nervous System Relapse Who Did Not Receive Cranial Radiation or Bone Marrow Transplantation

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 2 trial studies CD19 “redirected” cells made from your own blood to treat certain high-risk or relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). It may help by targeting cancer cells that carry a protein called CD19.

Who can take part

  • You must have B-ALL that is CD19-positive, confirmed in blood, bone marrow, spinal fluid (CSF), or a tissue sample
  • Your age must be 0 to 29 years
  • Your cancer must match one of the study groups (specific chromosome findings, very-high-risk infant features, or a first-or-later CNS relapse)
  • You must have organ function that meets study lab/heart/lung thresholds (kidney, liver, breathing, and heart pumping strength)
  • You must be well enough to participate (performance score 50 or higher) and agree to birth control if you can get pregnant or cause pregnancy
  • You must not have certain situations like HIV, active hepatitis B/C, uncontrolled infection, or recent brain radiation/HSCT for the current CNS relapse

Personalized CAR-T for children with high-risk B-ALL

This trial studies a personalized type of immune therapy (CAR-T) made from your own cells to treat pediatric B-ALL that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. It aims to see how well this manufactured CAR-T works and how safely it can be given.

CD19 CAR-T for children and young adults with B-cell blood cancers

This trial tests a one-time, lab-made immune cell treatment (CD19 CAR-T) for certain B-cell blood cancers in children and young adults. It may help people whose leukemia or lymphoma is not responding to standard treatment or has come back.

CD19 CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

This early-phase trial tests a personalized cancer treatment using your own immune cells (called CAR T-cells) to target and kill leukemia cells that have a specific marker (CD19). It may be an option for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) who haven't had this type of therapy before.

Check CNCT19 cell therapy for relapsed childhood ALL

This early-stage trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment called CNCT19 in children and teens whose leukemia (ALL) has come back or not responded to prior therapy. It may help the immune system recognize and attack leukemia cells that carry CD19.
