Who can take part

  • You (or your child) have B-ALL or another listed B-cell leukemia that shows CD19 on tests
  • Your disease fits a specific situation (like relapse, not responding, or early return after similar cell therapy)
  • You are between 0 and 29 years old
  • Your organs and breathing/heart are strong enough based on blood tests and heart/lung checks
  • You can’t have certain infections or illnesses (including HIV, active hepatitis B/C, uncontrolled infection)
  • You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you/your family must use birth control if able to have a pregnancy
