Who can take part
- You have B-cell ALL or B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or didn’t respond to treatment, and it must be CD19-positive (detected in blood or tissue).
- Your age is 0–30 when first diagnosed (and the first few enrolled participants must be at least 16).
- You (or your child) must be well enough to participate: kidney, liver, heart, and lung tests meet study thresholds.
- If there is cancer in the brain fluid (CNS-3 only), treatment is delayed until it improves to a lower level (CNS-1 or CNS-2), or brain disease must be stable for at least 1 month.
- You cannot have certain safety concerns: no significant ongoing neurologic side effects, no active untreated infection, no pregnancy or breastfeeding, and no HIV or uncontrolled hepatitis infection recently.
- You must not have had a stem cell transplant in the last 3 months, and you must not have received CD19 CAR T cells before. You also should not have recent investigational drug participation within 30 days.
