Who can take part

  • You are age 16 or older
  • Your cancer diagnosis is confirmed by a biopsy and includes the HEY1-NCOA2 gene fusion
  • Your cancer is advanced (locally advanced and/or has spread), and there must be measurable or trackable disease
  • Your cancer has shown progression within the last 6 months on scans
  • You’ve already had 1 prior chemotherapy treatment that included an anthracycline, and you’ve had no more than 3 total chemotherapy “lines” for advanced disease
  • Your general health and organ tests must be good enough for treatment (including heart strength, blood counts, and liver/kidney function)
