Test drug trabectedin for advanced soft-tissue sarcoma

This Phase 3 trial tests trabectedin (in tTF-NGR study) for people with advanced or metastatic soft-tissue sarcoma whose first treatment with anthracycline drugs didn’t work (or can’t be used). Who can take part

  • You are 18–75 years old, and any gender is allowed.
  • You have high-grade, advanced or metastatic soft-tissue sarcoma that cannot be surgically removed, after anthracycline treatment failed (or anthracyclines can’t be used).
  • Your tumor type must be one of the included sarcomas, and your pathology must show CD13 positivity (score 1(20) or higher).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT (or MRI), and it hasn’t been treated with radiation before.
  • You need enough body strength (ECOG 0–2) and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must be able to use the study treatments safely, including having no major heart/blood-clot history and meeting key lab requirements (bone marrow, kidney, liver, and blood clot tests).
