Who can take part

  • You have a non-cancerous condition that needs a stem cell transplant, like an immune disorder, metabolic disease, severe red blood cell disorder, or inherited bone marrow failure.
  • A suitable donor is available (matched sibling, matched unrelated donor, or half-matched donor).
  • Your lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, and overall health are good enough for the transplant procedure.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months (females) or 3 months (males) after the last dose.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C.
