Testing nivolumab plus entinostat for high-risk childhood cancers

Who can take part

  • You are a child or teen age 2 to 21 with a high-risk cancer that is relapsed, refractory, or progressing, or newly diagnosed high-grade brain tumor in a specific genetic condition.
  • Your cancer type fits the study list (for example certain brain tumors, neuroblastoma, kidney cancer, rhabdoid tumors, or certain soft-tissue/bone cancers).
  • Your doctors must find specific tumor biomarkers using approved tumor testing (like sequencing and/or special lab staining).
  • Your latest tumor scan must show measurable disease, and you should be generally well enough for treatment.
  • Your blood and organ tests must meet limits (blood counts, liver tests, kidney tests), and your heart rhythm test (ECG) must be acceptable.
  • You must be able to swallow the study pills and avoid certain recent medicines or procedures that would interfere with the trial.
