Who can take part

  • Your memory/thinking test scores fit the study ranges (MoCA 13–28, MMSE 18–30, or TorCA 28 or less)
  • You have a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or dementia from Alzheimer’s disease or certain related causes (like vascular dementia)
  • You can agree to take part yourself, or a caregiver can legally consent for you
  • A caregiver is available to help you complete the home sleep test if needed
  • You have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea in the last 2 years, and you are not already using CPAP or a dental appliance for sleep apnea
  • You should be able to safely wear the specific home sleep device (no major breathing/heart problems, and no heart pacemaker issues if using the listed device)
