  • You are between 0 and 30 years old when you are admitted for transplant
  • You have a condition that doctors say requires a stem cell transplant (HCT)
  • A donor has been found who is healthy and willing to donate bone marrow or stem cells
  • The donor is not a fully matched brother/sister donor (except in Fanconi anemia)
  • You (or your legal representative) can sign consent and follow study instructions
