Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 70 years old and planning an allogeneic stem cell transplant for blood cancer
  • You do not currently have a specific blood cancer risk marker (no MRD) and you do not have a matched unrelated donor (no MUD)
  • Your body’s overall functioning is good (Karnofsky score at least 80%)
  • Your kidneys and liver are working well based on lab tests (kidney clearance >60; bilirubin and liver enzymes under set limits)
  • If you can become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study
  • You can sign (or your legal representative can sign) informed consent
