Who can take part

  • You (or your legal guardian) can sign consent, and if under 18 you can assent too
  • Your diagnosis is confirmed fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FLHCC)
  • Your cancer is not removable by surgery, but you may have disease outside the liver
  • You have at least one measurable tumor area (meeting size cutoffs on CT/MRI or standard scans)
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney labs are within required limits, including good liver function (Child-Pugh A)
  • You can safely take study treatment based on overall health and immune/autoimmune factors (no major uncontrolled conditions)
