Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 80 (male or female).
  • Your neck has degenerative disc disease in 1 or 2 neighboring disc levels between C2 and T1.
  • You have tried non-surgery treatments for at least 6 weeks (like physical therapy, injections, or oral steroids).
  • You are either scheduled for (or already had) a 1–2 level anterior neck discectomy and fusion at AHN using one of the specified materials.
  • You can and will sign the consent form (for the future part of the study).
  • You do not have major conditions that block bone healing or raise surgical risk (like serious bone thinning, active infection, or prior fusion at the same levels).
