Who can take part

  • You have one of these cancers: non-small lung cancer, head and neck squamous cancer, HER2-negative breast cancer, esophageal squamous cancer, esophageal/GE-junction adenocarcinoma, skin squamous cancer, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, bladder cancer, cervical cancer, gastric cancer, or high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
  • Your cancer is metastatic (spread) or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (the study calls this “measurable disease”).
  • Your general strength is good (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You can get a tumor biopsy (a fresh biopsy or a recent stored sample, depending on the study part).
  • You’re not likely to have certain brain/nerve/lung complications or recent serious infections, as described in the study rules.
