Who can take part

  • Be between 8 years 0 months and 12 years 11 months 30 days
  • Have ADHD diagnosis (or be a healthy control with no ADHD or other psychiatric/developmental diagnoses)
  • Be mostly right-hand dominant
  • Be able to take part in interviews and sign consent
  • If taking ADHD stimulant medication, be willing to pause it as the study directs
  • Be willing to take part in a single-dose, randomized crossover test with methylphenidate
