Who can take part

  • You’re at least 50 years old when you sign up
  • A heart specialist team says you’re high-risk for tricuspid valve surgery
  • Your symptoms are severe (NYHA class III or IV)
  • Your left-heart pumping is good (left ejection fraction 50% or higher)
  • You have severe tricuspid valve leaking confirmed by an echocardiogram
  • You should not have had a prior tricuspid valve procedure
