Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have severe (or worse) tricuspid valve leakage causing symptoms or a heart-failure hospitalization
  • Your heart team believes you have at least moderate surgical risk for tricuspid valve surgery
  • An ultrasound of your heart (echo) can show enough tricuspid valve anatomy for the device to work
  • You are able and willing to sign consent and attend required follow-up visits
  • You do not have certain recent heart procedures, infections, clots, or major valve problems that block participation
