Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You must have severe tricuspid regurgitation (a leaky heart valve on the right side).
  • You should have symptoms of heart failure (like shortness of breath) or have been hospitalized for heart failure in the last 6 months.
  • You must be on stable heart failure medications (including water pills).
  • You must be at high risk for open-heart surgery, so a less invasive procedure is being considered.
