Who can take part
- You are male and at least 18 years old.
- You have a confirmed “Fabry disease” genetic change (a specific mutation).
- You have no history of heart muscle damage or clogged arteries (no prior heart attack or CAD).
- You do not have a pacemaker or implantable defibrillator (ICD).
- You have no history of atrial fibrillation (AF), certain fast rhythms (NSVT), or serious electrical block in the heart (high-degree AV block).
- You can safely do MRI and contrast dye (gadolinium), and you are not currently on steroid or immune-suppressing medicines; your kidney function is adequate (creatinine clearance ≥ 30).
