Testing heart blood tests and scans to monitor Fabry disease

Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Fabry disease.
  • You have at least one abnormal heart finding, such as an abnormal heart blood marker, higher plasma Gb3 or Lyso-Gb3, an abnormal ECG, or an abnormal heart-related image.
  • You are either not yet treated with enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) or you have been treated with agalsidase beta (ERT).
  • You can agree to attend required clinic visits and complete study procedures.
  • You are willing to sign the informed consent form.
