Who can take part

  • You are older than 14 years and have acute leukemia of unclear (“mixed”) type
  • Your daily activity level is ECOG 2 (you can do self-care but may be up and about less than normal)
  • Your heart tests are safe, including an ejection fraction of at least 45% and an ECG with no prolonged QT (after possible electrolyte correction)
  • Your organ function and labs are in a safe range (liver, kidney, pancreas enzymes) and potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus are at or above the normal minimum
  • You can sign an informed consent form
