Who can take part

  • Have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or similar blood cancer with a KMT2A genetic change, confirmed by genetic testing
  • Have responded well to initial chemotherapy (fewer than 5% cancer cells in bone marrow)
  • Have a sample available to track your cancer cells during treatment, or be able to provide one
  • Not have Philadelphia chromosome (a different genetic change) or prior stem cell transplant
  • Have acceptable kidney and liver function, heart function, and no uncontrolled infections
  • Be able to take oral medications and understand you cannot be pregnant or nursing during the trial
