Test drops to thin lung mucus in severe COVID-19

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You need high-flow oxygen (more than 6 liters through a nasal tube) or a breathing machine
  • You have COVID-19 based on your clinician’s diagnosis and either a positive PCR test or typical COVID-19 symptoms with matching chest CT findings
  • You cannot have a known allergy to Pulmozyme (rhDNase)
  • You should not be expected to die within 48 hours, and your doctor must feel it’s appropriate to enroll
  • You should not be taking part in another drug trial with an investigational medicine
