Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Currently smoke cigarettes (you must report this)
  • Have a positive nicotine test (cotinine)
  • Be ready and motivated to quit smoking
  • Have access to a smartphone, computer, or tablet and reliable internet for video sessions (Zoom)
  • Live in the United States and be able to speak English clearly during a video check
