  • You smoke at least 10 cigarettes per day for at least 2 years
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You feel strongly ready to quit (score 8 or higher out of 10)
  • You have used a smartphone before and can read and speak English
  • You do not have other major health problems that could make the study harder or need stronger treatment
