  • You work in a pediatric emergency department as a doctor-in-training, resident, or registered nurse
  • You are currently a pediatric emergency fellow or a pediatric postgraduate resident with less than 5 years in residency
  • You have already completed the study’s 15-minute introductory training on the InterFACE tool
  • You agree to participate in the study
  • You did the 15-minute InterFACE intro training before starting the trial
