Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and can sign consent (or your legal representative can).
  • You have confirmed non-small cell lung cancer that is advanced (stage IV) or coming back, or unresectable stage III that can’t be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer tests show no “actionable” gene changes (like EGFR, ALK, or ROS-1).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot that doctors can track on scans.
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth, attend scheduled visits, and complete required blood/organ tests.
  • Your lung/heart health must be safe for this study (including good enough organ function and heart tests).
