Radiotherapy plus chemo for WNT medulloblastoma in children

Who can take part

  • Be between 3 and 15 years old (starting after your 3rd birthday and before your 16th birthday).
  • Have newly diagnosed WNT-pathway medulloblastoma based on tumor testing.
  • After surgery, the remaining tumor seen on MRI is smaller than 1.5 square centimeters.
  • No tumor spread to the spine or brain fluid: MRI of brain and spine plus a lumbar puncture test for CSF cells.
  • Be able to start the next treatment (radiation/chemo) within 6 weeks after surgery.
