Who can take part

  • You must be between 4 and 30 years old.
  • Your tumor must have come back or grown after standard treatment, and it must be a specific subtype (called Group 3 or Group 4).
  • You must be able to have surgery or a biopsy, or have tumor tissue stored that can be used.
  • You should be healthy enough for daily activities (performance score at least 60%).
  • You must have adequate organ and blood function, such as normal kidney, liver, and heart function.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use contraception if applicable.
