Who can take part
- Be an adult age 18 to 70 who can sign the informed consent form
- Have advanced cirrhosis from specific causes and a MELD-Na score between 11 and 24

- If you have hepatitis C, your test must be negative for virus for 24 weeks; if you have hepatitis B, your infection must be well controlled for 6 months
