Who can take part

  • You (or your child) have one of these diagnoses: hepatoblastoma, HCN-NOS, or hepatocellular carcinoma, confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery results).
  • Your blood test shows AFP greater than 100, and this is measured around the time of screening, especially after the most recent standard treatment line.
  • The cancer has either returned after initial standard treatment (relapsed) or did not respond to standard treatment (refractory).
  • Age is 1 to 21 years, and the treatment team estimates you may have more than 4 months to live.
  • Tumor size checks matter: for one part of the study you need at least one lesion ≥5 mm, or two or more lesions ≥3 mm (for the other part, tumors must be measurable on scans).
  • You need certain immune genetics: you must have at least one HLA-A2 type, and liver health must be Child-Pugh A6 or better.
