Who can take part
- You have biopsy-proven squamous cell cancer in the head and neck area
- You’re scheduled for curative-intent surgery (recurrent or a new primary is allowed)
- You’re 18 or older, and your expected survival is more than 12 weeks
- Your overall health/activity is good enough (Karnofsky at least 70% or ECOG 0–1)
- Your blood and organ tests are within required safety ranges (blood counts, kidney, liver)
- You haven’t had an investigational drug in the last 30 days before the first dose
