Checking treatment for multiple myeloma after MRD becomes negative

Who can take part

  • You have newly diagnosed multiple myeloma and are a good candidate for high-dose treatment and stem cell transplant (ASCT).
  • You are older than 18 and younger than 75 when you sign consent.
  • You must have measurable myeloma in the blood or abnormal light chain blood tests that show disease is present.
  • Your health and daily function are good (ECOG 0–2), or ECOG 3 only if it is caused by myeloma.
  • You must be able and willing to follow the study visit schedule and procedures.
  • If you can become pregnant (or have a partner who can): you must use very effective birth control during the study and for at least 28 days after the last dose.
