Who can take part
- You have confirmed invasive breast cancer
- You had breast surgery plus lymph node removal (either mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery with axillary lymph node dissection)
- Your lymph nodes showed 1 to 3 positive cancer nodes (N1), and you are considered higher risk (for example, 2 or more risk factors)
- You are between 18 and 80 years old, and you can manage daily activities fairly well (performance status 0–2)
- At your surgery, margins were more than 2 mm, and your tumor can be tested for ER, PR, HER2, and Ki-67
- You are able and willing to sign informed consent
