Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your breast cancer must be invasive and have spread to distant parts of your body (metastatic).
- If your cancer is hormone-receptor positive and HER2 negative, you must have already tried at least one chemotherapy for advanced disease.
- If your cancer is HER2 positive, you must have already received or be unable to take HER2-targeted therapies like trastuzumab or pertuzumab.
- If your cancer is triple-negative, you must have already tried at least one chemotherapy for advanced disease.
- You need to have at least one tumor that is big enough (over 1 cm or 2 cm in the lung) and can be safely injected with the study vaccine.
